Starting practicing after the outbreak

Yes, now I remember how exciting it is.

Last Sunday, I run at the 20km relay marathon with my colleagues, which is my first participation in any public sports event since the beginning of COVID-19 outbreak.I didn’t practice for a couple months, then started it again three weeks ago. I knew I couldn’t run as I used to, having gained about 6 kilos over the last 6 months.

Anyway I started to practice some weeks ago and ran at the race. It was just exciting. I realized this is what I needed. We still have less marathon events than usual, but I have a feeling that now we have almost figured out the tactics to keep ourselves safe from COVID-19 infection at public sports events.

Another good thing about starting practicing is that I have become very aware of food I eat. I am trying to have as healthy diet as possible. Actually, I have lost 3 kilos already out of my 6 kilos gain over the the last couple weeks.

After the marathon, I ate some sushi.
